58 CPNSs Under Diskominfotik Receive Appointment Decree

As many as 3,805 candidates for civil servant (CPNS) formation in 2019 under Jakarta Provincial Government, received the CPNS Appointment Decree, on Thursday (2/18). 58 of whom served in the Communication, Information and Statistics Agency (Diskominfotik).

This is not end but the beginning of starting your struggle as a public servant

Jakarta Diskominfotik Head Atika Nur Rahmania congratulated them on struggle in competing until they passed and received the decree today.

"This is not end but the beginning of starting your struggle as a public servant. It's not just about on a daily basis, but also a place to learn, Kawah Candradimuka (The Candradimuka Volcano Crater)," she expressed.

DKI Opens 3,958 CPNS Formations

She went on to say that civil servants in Jakarta uphold five work cultures, namely, integrity, collaboration, accountability, innovation, and being fair.

Integrity means choosing and becoming a civil servant is a calling to truly serve the community. While collaboration means that civil servants are encouraged to have the ability to identify parties that need to be served and who are stakeholders. Moreover, Jakarta is a city of collaboration.

"I hope they have the ability to open heart, open will, and be able to expand the service with the ability to mobilize all sources in Jakarta," she continued.

She added accountable means that civil servants must be responsible for the budget that comes from public money. Then innovative, civil servants are encouraged to be creative and have the ability to explore ideas, including to be fair and objective, and must not take sides with something that does not show justice.

"Hopefully they are people who have the ability to innovate, have new ideas, and have the ability to communicate and have good ethics," she stated.

According to her, her agency became part of the face of Jakarta. Hence, as civil servants, civil servants were encouraged not to do anything that could tarnish the good name of Jakarta.

Aside that, the agency was very egalitarian, communication is built very informally.

"Here is not about something business as usual, but its dynamics are very high. So, continue to learn, continue to pursue education, but must have a vision for your future," she closed.
