Personnel Intensify Health Protocols Monitoring in Panggang Island

Health Protocols Monitoring is carried out routinely to prevent COVID-19 transmission in Panggang Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands Sub-district, Thousand Islands.

Panggang Island Urban Village Head, Pepen Kuswandi mentioned, monitoring is carried out in public areas such as pier, worship places, and settlements in Panggang Island. It involved joint personnel from North Thousand Islands Police, Satpol PP, health team, and community leaders.

Meanwhile, North Thousand Islands Police, AKP Josman Harianja stated, in this monitoring joint personnel also educated and socialized residents about the importance of complying health protocols although they had received COVID-19 vaccines.

"On this occasion, we also distribute masks for residents on the location and provide rapid tests for tourists who can't show negative COVID-19 test result," he explained.
