E-Budgeting, City`s Way Preventing Stealth Budget

Jakarta Provincial Government will follow up the finding from BPKP regarding the stealth budget. Thus, system e-budgeting will be applied next year to avoid similar case.
E-budgeting system will ease us to monitor the budget changing
Jakarta Regional Secretary, Saefullah, said the finding will be re-checked again. He assessed that there must be missed data input. "The amount is too big, or similar to DPA from dept. of health," said Saefullah.
His side guarantees will be no more stealth budget in 2015. It is because the e-budgeting will be applied from the planning to implementation phase.

According to him, the Provincial Working Units (SKPD) should input the detail budget, not the total amount. It is the benefit from e-budgeting system.
