Vaccination for 1,200 East Jakarta ASNs is Targeted to Finish Next Monday

Dynamic COVID-19 vaccination for 1,200 East Jakarta Civil Servants (ASNs) is targeted to be completed on next Monday (3/14).

This number is outside ASNs at urban village and sub-district levels

East Jakarta Health Sub-agency Head, Indra Setiawan mentioned, total 1,200 ASNs that will be vaccinated at East Jakarta Mayor Office were not included ASNs who work in sub-district and urban village offices. ASNs who work at sub-district and urban village levels will be vaccinated at local sub-district health centers (puskesmas).

250 East Jakarta ASNs Received COVID-19 Vaccine Today

"The dynamic vaccination for ASNs at Mayor Office is carried out in stages until next Monday. Our target is to vaccinate 1,200 ASNs in here. This number is outside ASNs at urban village and sub-district levels," he explained, Tuesday (3/9).

For COVID-19 vaccination held at Mayor Office, his side deployed 20 health workers from Mayor Office health service center, Makasar Sub-district Health Center, and and Emergency Ambulance Unit (AGD).

"Vaccination are prioritized for ASNs because they serve the community. Including ASN who are old and have high risks (comorbidity). Because if they are exposed to COVID-19, the impact will be more fatal compared to the young ones," he added.

East Jakarta Secretariat General Head, Panangaran Ritonga conveyed, 250 ASNs who have received vaccination today work at East Jakarta Social Sub-agency, Tourism and Creative Economy Sub-agency, Housing Sub-agency, Kominfotik Sub-agency and Inspectorate. Then followed by Satpol PP and ASNs who work at other sub-agencies.

"Vaccination is held at Block C Hall because the space is quite wide. So it is considered safe and comfortable for ASNs and health workers in doing vaccination," he closed.
