A woman named Kombiemie (46), a resident of Vila Mutiara Gading Residential Complex I, Block F5/14, North Bekasi, Bekasi, West Java, died instantly at the scene after being hit by TransJakarta bus TB 023 on Jalan Pemuda, Rawamangun, East Jakarta, Monday (11/10). Due to this accident, traffic congestion up to two kilometers cannot be avoided.

Based on the information gathered, the accident happened at around 11 AM. At that time, the victim and her son, Alung (21), who drove a Yamaha Xeon motorcycle B 3092 TYC, tried to enter TransJakarta bus lane, but a truck suddenly came from the same direction. Alung was surprised and could not control the motorcycle, then fell to the left while his mother fell on TransJakarta bus lane.

“I saw a woman fell onto TransJakarta bus lane. At the same time, TransJakarta bus came from behind and hit her,” told Agus (30), an eyewitness.

Afterwards, Prawoto Sudibyo (61), the TransJakarta bus driver, immediately stopped the bus. As for Alung, he only suffers injuries on his arms and elbows.
