"These new features are designed to provide convenience to customers. Thus they will complement every journey of all our loyal customers when using Transjakarta services," he expressed, Sunday (3/28).
He stated the PT Transjakarta would continue to conduct development and transformation in order to improve services to all customers, one of which was digitally. It also aimed at realizing city 4.0 with the integration of all modes of transportation throughout the capital city.
"We invite all people to participate directly and together be part of the progress of public transportation, especially Transjakarta," he stated.
