In this Ramadan month, Rawa Badak Utara Urban Village Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Unit (UP PMPTSP) continues to serve community with working hours like normal days.

Rawa Badak Utara Urban Village UP PMPTSP Heda, Agus Susanto explained, his side operates at 08:00-15:00 on Monday-Thursday with break from 12:00 to 12:30. While 08:00-15:30 on Friday with break from 11:30 to 12:30.
"We provide services in form of permit and non-permit," he added, Wednesday (4/14).
PMPTSP Unit Provides Mobile Integrated Service in Harapan IslandDue to COVID-19 pandemic, his side don't provide face-to-face service. Thus he encouraged people to access the services via JakEVO application, call center Rawa Badak Utara Urban Village UP PMPTSP, or drop box which available at Rawa Badak Utara Urban Village UP PMPTSP Office.
"We also provide service via drop box. If residents need consultation service, please contact our call center at 082298181229," he informed.
His side also ensured to implement health protocols by limiting room capacity by 50 percent, people in the area should wear mask, maintain safe distance, wash hands with soap.
According to him, most people need PMPTSP services to make PM1 (population data certificate), certificate of disadvantaged (SKTM), cover letter for KPR BTN, building construction permit (IMB), business certificate, and job seeker's job.
"Number of incoming files per day is fluctuating. But on average, it can reach 20 files for non-online system. While for online, we have a separate recap system," he stated.
