Jakarta Government Secretariat Assistant for Economy and Finance, Sri Haryati along with ranks of Jakarta Government had the opportunity to see COVID-19 vaccination at Emporium Pluit Mall, Tuesday (4/20).

She assessed, vaccination for MSME players is an effort to control pandemic in capital city. When the pandemic is under control, health system can be stable again thus national economy can be restored.

"Jakarta Government has made various efforts to improve MSME sector. Besides, it is also important to protect them from COVID-19 exposure," she asserted as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Release.

According to her, APPBI is very cooperative in holding vaccination for MSME players, from providing vaccination sites, coordinating with private hospitals to provide health workers and medical equipment needed to support vaccination, and providing ambulance.

"I really appreciate the collaboration with APPBI in holding COVID-19 vaccination for MSME players. Thank God, this vaccination runs well," she conveyed.

On the other hand, Jakarta Industry, Trade, Cooperative, Small Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) Agency Acting Head (Plt), Andri Yansyah explained, his side prioritized vaccination for MSME players in Lokbin and Loksem. If there are remaining quota, vaccination will be targeted for other Jakpreneurs.

"We use e-retribusi database for Jakpreneurs in Lokbin and Loksem, while other Jakpreneurs data have been recorded in existing Jakpreneur system database. Because it is a collaborative program, the quota is not only for coached MSMEs under Jakarta Government, but also employees of shopping centers under APPBI," he informed.

Vaccination should be accompanied with discipline in implementing 5M (wearing mask, washing hands with soap, maintaining safe distance, avoiding crowds, and limiting mobility in public places) and continuing 3T (testing, tracing, and treatment).

Citizens can participate in collaboration with Jakarta Government in order to restore MSME in Jakarta through Large-scale UMKM Social Collaboration (KSBB UMKM). For further information, please access https://corona.jakarta.go.id/id/ksbb-umkm.
