The public could take a complaint via bit.ly/covid19perusahaan or complaint service email from the respective regions.

Based on the Health Agency's data as of April 12-18, the coronavirus cases have increased to 425 from 177 offices.

Nakertrans and Energy Agency Head, Andri Yansyah disclosed that the channel or email for this complaint service was a reference for conducting inspections to companies or offices other than scheduled or routine monitoring.

"The reporter identity will be kept confidential. We certainly hope for the participation of the community in efforts to curb the spread of the disease in offices," he expressed, Wednesday (4/28).

He explained there were three teams in each sub-agency for routine or scheduled supervision. Each team had four to five personnel that could monitor three companies in a day.

"Then the complaint service, we have three teams," he explained.

He went on to say that monitoring efforts in offices should be accompanied by awareness and discipline of workers in its application.

"Moreover the duty of the internal office task force for Covid-19 must be optimized," he continued.

That was why, he added, socialization in public should be done massively as those who had vaccinated were still susceptible to infection.

"The way to stop the disease is that we have to comply with health protocols wherever we are," he asserted.
