Here is the List of COVID-19 Reporting Channels Related PSBB Implementation in Offices

Jakarta Manpower Transmigration (Nakertrans) and Energy Agency opens reporting channel that can be accessed by employees or employers if there are COVID-19 cases in their workplaces.

Jakarta Nakertrans and Energy Agency Head, Andri Yansyah conveyed, employees or employers can access bit.ly/covid19perusahaan to report or inform his side if they found employee in their workplace as COVID-19 suspect, or has close contact with suspects, or probable/confirmed case.

He mentioned, both Nakertrans and Energy Agency and Sub-agencies also have emails to receive reports/complaints. This channel is also used as a reference for his side to conduct inspection at companies or offices.

"We open the channel as wide as possible for public to report any conditions in offices or companies. This channel is a reference for conducting inspections and whether it is necessary or not to carry out inspection," he added, Friday (9/18).

He wanted cooperation from companies or workplaces in Jakarta to give clear information to Nakertrans officers.

According to him, Nakertrans officers conducted monitoring to encourage employers to fight COVID-19 together. Besides, it will be faster to take control and preventive measures when they quickly reported employees who are confirmed positive for COVID-19.

"We are here to save all of us, both company, employees, and public. This closure is only a procedure, not covering their source of income, and avoiding the level of spread," he said.

Jakarta Council (DPRD) Commission B Legislator, Eneng Malianasari supported Jakarta Nakertrans and Energy Agency in preventing COVID-19 transmission in workplaces.

She assessed, Nakertrans officers should be strict when they found health protocol violations by the companies.

"Nakertrans and Energy Agency provides report channel where people requested to inform the location and how many people work at the office. So it is precise and personnel immediately follow it up. For Nakertrans, don't hesitate to take action if there is violation, you must be strict," she expressed.

According to her, inspection was not carried out to prohibit companies in doing activities, but to ensure the company comply with health protocols to prevent COVID-19 transmission in office environment.

"For companies, please be honest and cooperative with the officers. We want them to believe that all of us can work together in this situation. We don't want to prohibit their activities, but we need to cooperate well to end this pandemic as soon as possible," she asserted.
