Therefore, she suggested buying fresh meat, chicken and fish. If not, then buy frozen products. Because prozen or frozen is healthier.
"For instance, for chickens after slaughtered, the good period is 6-8 hours. After that it is no longer worth consuming. Unless the meat is frozen it can last longer as the bacteria have died," she explained.
For agricultural products, especially for vegetables, according to her, so far no dangerous chemical substances had been found.
