Kelapa Island COVID-19 Task Force Intensifies Health Protocol Monitoring on Resort Islands

Kelapa Island Urban Village COVID-19 Task Force in North Thousand Islands Sub-district, Thousand Islands intensifies health protocol monitoring in the region. Today, monitoring was carried out on resort islands and water areas.

Kelapa Island Urban Village Acting Head (Plt), Muslim said, the purpose of this monitoring was to ensure tourists and resort island management to adhere to health protocol in order to prevent COVID-19 transmission.

"We want to make sure resort manager continues to provide hand washing facilities and thermal gun, as well as complying health protocol by wearing masks and maintaining safety distance," he conveyed, Friday (5/7).

On this occasion, his side used official boat to monitor water area.

"Not only in resort island, but we also ensure health protocol implementation when fishermen go to sea, especially in wearing mask," he asserted.
