Government Declares Eid al-Fitr Falls on Thursday

Referring to this policy, he added, Eid prayer can be carried out as long as health protocols are implemented well by providing hand washing facilities, device to check body temperature, then requiring people to wear masks and limiting the capacity.

"We also ask the residents for not celebrating eve of Eid by walking around the village (Takbir Keliling) since it can trigger crowd. It is enough just to celebrate it by praying at mosque while implementing health protocol," he explained.
