After Eid, Transjakarta BRT and Non-BRT Services Return to Normal

Transjakarta Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and non-BRT services have returned to operate normally after Eid holiday since Monday (5/17).

Transjakarta will operate as usual from 5 AM to 10 PM

Transjakarta operational schedule refers to Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) Head Decree No.157/2021 on Extending Limitation on Transport Capacity and Operating Hours of Transportation Facilities in the Context of Imposing Micro-scale Public Activity Restrictions (PPKM Mikro).

PT. Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) President Director, Sardjono Jhony Tjitrokusumo mentioned, Transjakarta will operate as usual from 5 AM to 10 PM.

Transjakarta Bus Operating Hours Adjusted During Eid Holiday

"After Eid holiday, Transjakarta operation will return to normal to serve the public. While fleets that serve health workers operate from 22:00 to 23:00 every day," he said, Wednesday (5/18).

According to him, Transjakarta still imposes restriction on number of passengers up to 50 percent of normal capacity, where articulated bus can only be filled with maximum 60 passengers, medium bus 30 passengers, small bus 15 passengers, and mikrotrans 5 passengers.

All fleets have been ensured to meet health protocol standards, where each bus fleets are cleaned with disinfectant, installed with safety distance signs both on the floor and seats.

"We urge all customers to comply with the applicable procedures, especially in using Transjakarta services," he conveyed.
