The Central Jakarta administration has started promoting the public school enrollment (PPDB) for 2021-2022 school year program to urban village heads, sub-district heads and council members.

They can give understanding to residents about PPD

Central Jakarta Mayor, Dhany Sukma disclosed it was done to unify the perceptions of the state civil apparatus (ASN) thus they could give an explanation to residents about PPDB, such as about the zoning system, path of achievement, path of inclusion, and rules for parents moving.

"They can give understanding to residents about PPDB," he expressed, when he opened the meeting.

Central Jakarta Education I Sub-agency Head, Slamet explained the PPDB promotion to them was a follow-up to the Governor's.

According to him, the PPDB system had been designed in such a way as to provide equality and opportunity for all Jakarta residents.

"All Jakarta residents have the same opportunity in this system," he stated.
