Regency Supports Mini DC Outlets Construction in 9 Residential Islands

Thousand Islands Regency supported Perumda Pasar Jaya's plan to build several Mini Distribution Center (DC) outlets in nine residential islands.

For this asset, we will cooperate with Perumda Pasar Jaya

Thousand Islands Regional Asset Management Agency (Suban PAD) Staff, Aris Setiyawan conveyed, regarding Mini DC outlets, Pasar Jaya will survey Pramuka Island, Panggang Island, Kelapa Dua Island, Harapan Island, Sebira Island, Lancang Island, Untung Jawa Island, and Pari Island.  

"For this asset, we will cooperate with Perumda Pasar Jaya. In Pramuka Island, there is an area of 3x5 meters that will be used to build an outlet," he said after conducting first phase survey on Monday (5/31).

Meanwhile, Perumda Pasar Jaya Retail and Distribution Manager, Dionne Ardiono mentioned, Mini DC outlets construction aimed to maintain price stability and availability of food commodities in Thousand Islands.

"Mini DC outlets will supply Thousand Island residents' daily needs. Thus they don't have to shop ashore, which requires time and large transportation cost. Hopefully, construction will begin in July," he stated.
