He explained, the initial registration on June 7, the system did not have an error but had a significant slowdown. Unluckily, it had to be temporarily stopped for repairs.

"At 6 PM yesterday, we activate it again but there is another problem. Alhamdulillah, we made the second estimate initially closed at 1:30 AM to 12 PM but it went smoothly this morning so it was back to normal. That's just an estimate," he explained.

He added there were 300,000 registrants this year. It was noted that more than 200,000 registered accounts until today at 12:30 PM. That meant, there were more than half of potential registrants had already got an account for registration.

"So please be patient, as the registration period will be extended until June 11," he exclaimed.

He added the administration was making adjustments and prioritizing the element of justice, by extending the registration period as a consequence of the system constraints that occurred yesterday to serve the community optimally.

"It is done, as it was delayed yesterday, we also don't want to harm them. Those who manage to have an account don't have to wait for it to be opened, as it has been extended to June 11, so everyone will get the same opportunity," he stated.
