"This kiosk is given for free, it can start to be occupied next week," he explained.
He added they would only be required to pay electricity and clean water fees and maintain a safe and comfortable selling environment.
"We urge all traders to maintain the assets provided by the government, maintain cleanliness and comply with all management rules for safety and comfort together," he stated.
