"It is held on June 2 to 3 in the Thousand Islands Regent Office Hall, Pramuka Island, Panggang Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands Sub-district," he expressed, Thursday (6/3).
He explained the material shared was about how to produce good processed food in order to avoid the use of hazardous materials.
"This will be followed by direct food supervision in the field," he explained.
Jakarta BPPOM Head, Safriansyah added that the technical guidance was based on the increase in processed food businesses run by the community during the Covid-19 pandemic.
"There is an increase of up to two times, so we feel the need to provide guidance on how to produce processed foods that are healthy, fit for sale and consumption. We want them to be able to produce well and to register their production according to quality and safety requirements," he stated.
