PT Transport Jakarta (Transjakarta) won five awards at the BUMD Marketeers Awards 2021, on Thursday (6/10). Awards were obtained for the categories of Best of the Best BUMD, The Most Promising Company in Strategic Marketing, The Most Promising Company in Tactical Marketing, The Most Promising Company in Marketing 3.0, and Special Mention CMO BUMD.

"We're about to continuously strive and be consistent in creating sustainable integrated transportation services towards the Intelligent Transport Company, not only physically but also digital payment systems and connectivity to parties that cooperate with Transjakarta, MRT and LRT within the framework of the Jak Lingko integrated transportation system," he explained.
He added the award was a form of appreciation for the hard work of all parties involved in providing the best public service in the transportation sector, especially in improving the services currently enjoyed by Transjakarta commuters.
"Various digital innovations have been done starting from providing free Wi-Fi, to the launch of the TIJE application. The company is also preparing other transformations that can be enjoyed by the community in the near future," he added.
He uttered that this innovation would continuously achieve a modern, comfortable, and safe Transjakarta service. Therefore, all transportation services were expected to be integrated as a whole as soon as possible.
"This will make it easier for people to move from one mode to another, and Transjakarta is in a ready position from the system to the digital technology needed in the current era," he stated.
