500 Food Packages Distributed to Poor People in RW 07 Kalibaru

A number of underpiviledged residents living in RW 07 Kalibaru Urban Village, Cilincing North Jakarta, received 500 staple food packages, on Monday (6/14).

It was conducted to support the Large-scale Social Collaboration (KSBB) between Jakarta administration with the orphanage foundation and kitabisa.com. It was held at Jami Al-Mubasysyirin Mosque, Jalan Kalibaru Barat IV No. 24, Kalibaru Urban Village, Cilincing SUb-district, North Jakarta.
Astri, a representative of Regional Cooperation Bureau (KSD), appreciated it. He hoped, it could be conducted continuously.

Orphanage Foundation's Aid Distribution Team Chief, Rusmanto said, 500 aid packages distributed were consisting of rice, cooking oil, flour, sardines and milk in cans. It was expected to lighten their burden amid the pandemic.
"We have cooperated with related units to realize this social action," he stated.
Kalibaru Urban Village Head, Suyono added, from 500 packages, 50 were distributed symbolically first to locals, which was held at the mosque.
"Hopefully it can support them in fulfilling daily needs," he hoped.
RW 07 Kalibaru Chairman, Caharudin admitted that he was grateful for the aid. He assessed, it was a very good and useful collaboration between the administration and the orphanage foundation, especially during the pandemic.
"Alhamdulillah this is very helpful for our people. We hope it can lighten their burden and trigger encouragement to rise up in this current pandemic," he hoped.
