West Jakarta Satpol PP Intensively Holds Mask Operation

West Jakarta Satpol PP intensified Mask Operation in the region following the rise of positive COVID-19 cases in the capital.

Let's increase our vigilance and continue to comply with health protocol thus the pandemic will end soon

West Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Tamo Sijabat said, health protocol monitoring will be improved starting from urban village to city levels.

"We will intensify mask operation again. If previously it was only carried out once at 09:00-11:00, then it will be increased to twice a day at 11:00-16:00," he added, Thursday (6/17).

Moreover, his side together with TNI/Police will be also intensify monitoring on business places during Micro PPKM period from 20:00 until finish.

"We have 89,670 personnel spread from urban village, sub-district, to city levels. We also have 100 four-wheeled vehicles and 60 two-wheeled vehicles as operational vehicles. We will mobilize all of them to make people more disciplined in complying health protocol," he asserted.

He conveyed that his personnel had been trained to handle residents exposed to COVID-19, as well as to bathe bodies of COVID-19 patients.

"Our personnel have also received vaccine twice. Let's increase our vigilance and continue to comply with health protocol thus the pandemic will end soon," he said.
