Kampung Rawa Residents Use JakWIFI to Support Their Activities

Residents of Kampung Rawa, Johar Baru, Central Jakarta use JakWIFI internet network for various positive activities.

During the pandemic, many activities are carried out online

Kampung Rawa Urban VIllage Head, Ferry Zahrudin informed, 8 locations have been installed with JakWIFI by Jakarta Kominfotik Agency. Until now, internet network in those locations is still active.

"Thank God, JakWIFI network which installed in 8 RWs is still active," he mentioned, Thursday (7/1).

According to him, many residents use this internet network facility to do various activities. Starting from online learning, counseling, and virtual socialization.

"During the pandemic, many activities are carried out online. Hopefully JakWIFI can be useful for the residents," he conveyed.

Meanwhile, RW 03 Kampung Rawa Urban Village Head, Kosim stated, JakWIFI which installed at RW Hall since September 2020 has never experienced any disturbance.

"There is no problem with internet connection. If it is damaged, we will repair it immediately," he said.

According to him, free internet facility which installed at RW 03 Hall can be accessed by local residents, such as students for distance learning activity, PKK cadres, dasawisma, and Karang Taruna.

"Of course, residents who want to use JakWIFI at RW Hall should implement health protocol," he asserted.
