6,352 Oxygen Cylinders Transported by Alkal Unit and SDA Sub-Agencies

Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Agency's Alkal Unit collaborated with SDA Sub-agencies in five regions of Jakarta in distributing 6,352 oxygen cylinders from June 27 to July 5.

This collaboration is done to help overcome COVID-19

Jakarta SDA Agency;s Alkal Unit Administration Sub-division Head, Boris Lumbangaol mentioned, oxygen cylinders were taken from hospitals in Jakarta to be refilled at oxygen filling stations in Jabodetabek. After being refilled, oxygen cylinders were sent back to hospitals.

"This collaboration is done to help overcome COVID-19. In total, we have transported 6,352 oxygen cylinders," he said, Tuesday (7/6).

Jakarta Assists Filling and Distribution of Oxygen Cylinders to Hospitals

His side deployed 33 dump trucks and pick up cars belong to Alkal Unit and five SDA Sub-agencises to transport those oxygen cylinders for 246 trips.

Oxygen cylinders were distributed to RSUD Ciracas, RSUD Matraman, RSUD Kramat Jati, RSUD Kemayoran, RSUD Koja, and other hospitals.

Meanwhile, his side refilled cylinders to oxygen filling stations, such as PT. Samator Gas Serpong, Tangerang, Banten; Samator Gas Cakung; Samator Gas Pulogadung and others.

"Until now, those fleets are still on standby in several hospitals. Thus they can move quickly when needed," he conveyed.
