As many as 5,472 residents of Rawa Terate Urban Village, Cakung, East Jakarta, received social aid from the Jakarta Administration, on Friday (7/30).

Rawa Terate Urban Village Head, Sukarya said, the recipient should be able to show the vaccination card.

"If they haven't been vaccinated, the giving of social aid will be postponed. If they have got vaccinated, the aid will be sent immediately," he said.

He mentioned, this policy is in accordance with the Presidential Regulation number 14/2021 on the Procurement of Vaccines in the Context of Combating the Covid-19.

During social aid distribution, socialization and education about vaccination were conducted in order to invite the public to get vaccinated.

He told them that a vaccination center would be opened at SDN Rawa Terate 01 with a quota of 1,000 vaccines.

"So take this good opportunity. Of the 5,472 recipients, it is not yet known how many people have been vaccinated or unvaccinated as they are still in the data collection stage," he stated.
