Central Jakarta Assistant for City Development and Economy, Bakwan Ferizan Ginting conveyed that his side will invite 40 developers who have SIPPT but not submitted their obligation to Jakarta Government in form of land assets for social and public facilities.

"We will gradually call 40 developers who haven't fulfilled their obligation, starting tomorrow and next week," he mentioned, Thursday (9/9).
In the first semester of this year, he continued, Central Jakarta has collected social and public facilities assets to six developers.
"We are optimistic that we can collect social and public assets from developers as many as possible," he stated.
