East Jakarta KPKP will Hold Drive Thru Rabies Vaccination for Pets on September 27-28

Commemorating World Rabies Day, East Jakarta Maritime Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) Sub-agency will provide drive thru rabies vaccination service for animals that potential to transmit rabies (HPR). This drive thru service will be carried out on September 27-28 at East Jakarta Mayor Office's yard.

We are targeting to vaccinate 100 animals per day

East Jakarta KPKP Sub-agency Acting Head, Ali Nurdin conveyed, his side had socialized the event through social media. Residents who are interested to vaccinate their pets can register via google form link.

"We are targeting to vaccinate 100 animals per day," he asserted, Friday (9/24).

Rabies Vaccination Given to 244 Animals in Rawa Badak Selatan

He informed, this service will be started at 09:00 until 12:00. This service is only available for pet owners who have Jakarta ID card and are domiciled in East Jakarta.

According to him, drive thru rabies vaccination service is held to prevent crowds.

"Residents only need to come to the location and wait in their cars or vehicles. This way, we hope the implementation can be in accordance with health protocols," he closed.
