City Secretary, Marullah Matali disclosed, not all of them were present as the conditions were still in a pandemic situation and due to considerations of location capacity and health protocols.

"We hope they can work more optimally and benefit the surrounding environment," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release, Friday (10/8).

He explained, the adm inistration was committed to provide the best service to residents, including flood control in the neighborhood. Hence his party always encourages PPSU to work diligently with enthusiasm thus the residents' environment remains clean.

"To ensure it, we always routinely conduct coaching and evaluation related to PPSU's performance. Local urban village heads will conduct periodic evaluations in accordance with Gubernatorial Regulation number 125/2019," he added.

He then asserted that the role of the residents is also needed to participate in maintaining the cleanliness of the environment.

"It can be realized through communal work in each neighborhood and take care of public facilities and infrastructure. This is much needed in a bid to keep Jakarta clean, healthy and flood-free," he stated.
