Pahlevi continued, bus depot land asset has became the most difficult data to collect now, because the land asset must suit the public price without referring to taxable value of property (NJOP).

Other UP Transjakarta assets which being collected are bus stop, bus, employee number, and another static asset as office building, and debt. Different with the land, the other assets are easier to count because just need to see the cooperation contract between UP Transjakarta and operator.
"We just have operational office as the building asset with Rp 50 billion in amount. The building was built in 2013, so we guessed there is no price decrease," he explained.
Up Transjakarta Public Relation, Sri Ulina Pinem, said total human resource is six thousand people, 235 shelters in 12 corridors, and 823 buses.
"The depots we already submitted are Pinang Ranti, Cawang, and Cakung. Kalideres and Cilincing are still in process," she said.
