To facilitate Jakarta's athlete when facing interview session or promoting the athlete's country or city origin, Jakarta KONI (National Sports Council) held workshop about public relation for the athlete on Thursday (11/27).
The workshop aims how to give communication skill for the athletes, especially when they meet the journalists
"Good skill of communication will ease them explaining about this country or their origin city. They could be ambassador for Jakarta also," said Budi Siswanto, Jakarta KONI Public Relation Head, Thursday (11/27).
The abroad athletes, especially, need good communication skill. About 70 athletes who already participating in national and international championship attended the workshop.

According to him, this workshop is already based on Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama's willing in sending athletes abroad to the sport branch origin.
"During the training, they would have good communication with other athletes," Budi uttered.
