Anticipating flooding during rainy season, East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-agency has prepared online service via telegram to make it easier for residents to access population administration services.

East Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agen cy Head, Nurrahman mentioned, by providing online service, flood victims who are staying in shelter can still access population administration (adminduk) service without having to come to Dukcapil office.

"We have prepared this service for flood-affected residents, thus there is no need to bother coming to sub-agency office to take care of population administration," he said, Monday (11/22).

East Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency's Registration Section Heda, Puji Yanti conveyed, people can access telegram service in 3 numbers, namely 081388249415 for civil registration service (certificate) and 081318359042/081388590204 for population registration unit service (NIK, KK, moving). Adminduk service via telegram can be accessed on weekday, Monday-Friday at 07:30-16:00.

"About 300-400 people use this service every day. On average, they consolidate and curate data changes. For example, changes to data on ID cards, family cards, or others," she stated.
