Regent Wants BPJS Employment Branch Office in Each Urban Villages

Thousand Islands Regent, Junaedi wanted every urban villages to have branch office for Social Security Administrator for Employment (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) to optimize service and participation of local residents.

We also socialize local residents, especially fishermen and tour guides regarding the importance of  job protection guarantee

According to him, BPJS Employment branch office in each urban village is very important considering the geographical condition in Thousand Islands.

"Currently, there is only one branch office located on 1st floor of Thousand Islands Regency Office. Hopefully in the future, it can be placed in each urban village," he stated, when receiving work visit from Jakarta BPJS Employment ranks, Wednesday (12/1).

Meanwhile, Deputy Director of BPJS Employment for Jakarta Region, Eko Nugriyanto said, work visit was carried out for two days in Thousand Islands and would focus on monitoring and evaluating branch office in Thousand Islands.

"We also socialize local residents, especially fishermen and tour guides regarding the importance of  job protection guarantee," he mentioned.
