BPJS Employment Premium of 2,030 Dasa Wisma Cadres in North Jakarta Paid Through CSR

North Jakarta Government collaborated with stakeholders regarding payment of premiums for Social Security Administrator for Employment (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) for 2,030 local Dasa Wisma cadres.

Assistance in form of BPJS Employment participation is expected to help their productivity

North Jakarta Mayor, Ali Maulana Hakim mentioned, several companies have provided assistance through corporate social responsibility (CSR) program.

"Currently, there are 12,499 Dasa Wisma cadres in North Jakarta. We want all of them to receive similar assistance in the future," he conveyed, Tuesday (11/2).

According to him, Dasa Wisma cadres in North Jakarta have a very big role in improving family welfare and empowerment thus they deserve attention from government and stakeholders.

"Assistance in form of BPJS Employment participation is expected to help their productivity, where during the pandemic, they meet directly with the community," he said.

He informed, there are 12 companies that have paid BPJS Employment premium for Dasa Wisma cadres in North Jakarta.

"We hope that more companies and individuals can participate to help," he expressed.

Meanwhile, BPJS Employment Mangga Dua Branch Office Head, Yudi Ambrinal stated, the collaboration which was initiated by North Jakarta Mayor was the first Dasa Wisma protection program in Jakarta.

"Hopefully this collaboration will continue and more companies will be participate in it. Concern of North Jakarta Government and private companies for Dasa Wisma should be appreciated. Because Dasa Wisma is the front line that deserves attention and appreciation," he explained.
