The Senen Sub-district Bina Marga Executing Unit, Central Jakarta has completed sidewalk repairs alongside Jalan Kramat Kwitang No. 38, Kwitang Urban Village.

The sidewalk is repaired about six meters length with 1.6 meters width

Senen Sub-district Bina Marga Executing Unit Head, Seno Muhajir said, repair was carried out after the sidewalk collapsed due to the theft of utility cables under the drains plus intense heavy rains that hit the location.

"The sidewalk is repaired about six meters length with 1.6 meters width. They replaced the paving blocks with new ones, as the old ones were damaged and caused uneven sidewalk heights," he expressed, Friday (12/10).

They also installed a kanstine to prevent landslides or collapse. "We have completed the repair within one day after receiving reports from residents," he closed.
