Based on research results, he disclosed, urban farming at various scales was able to support three dimensions of food security, namely food availability, access, and utilization. He hoped, with urban farming, people could reduce their dependence on vegetable distribution from outside Jakarta area.

"By so, we are able to produce a number of vegetables for local market and are able to contribute to maintaining food stability. It can even be used as a source of income," he expressed, Monday (12/13).

He hoped, what was conveyed by the speakers in the webinar could be useful for participants to be applied in their respective neighborhoods and homes.

"Their enthusiasm is quite high and even exceeds the target of 200 participants. There's even one from Surabaya," she said.
