Hundreds people participated in Jakarta Job Fair (JJF) event organized by West Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration (Nakertrans) and Energy Sub-agency on 2nd Floor of Taman Palem Mall, Cengkareng, Monday (12/13).
We are targeting 1,800 job vacancies from 80 companies to be absorbed in this event
Jakarta Nakertrans and Energy Agency Head, Andri Yansyah conveyed, JJF event which was held in five municipalities was expected to absorb 15,000-18,000 workers. Thus unemployment rate in Jakarta during COVID-19 pandemic could be reduced.
"This activity gives huge benefits for both job seekers and employers," he mentioned.
1,800 Job Seekers Participate in Jakarta Job Fair in North JakartaWest Jakarta Nakertrans and Energy Sub-agency Head, Jackson Sitorus informed, JJF at Taman Palem Mall was held for two days, on December 13 and 14, 2021.
"We are targeting 1,800 job vacancies from 80 companies to be absorbed in this event," he stated.
Yulia, resident of RT 04/06 Kapuk Urban Village, Cengkareng, West Jakarta admitted that she was greatly helped by job fair. Because it gave her opportunity and convenience to apply for jobs.
"Hopefully I can get a job," said the woman who once worked as cashier at clothing store in a mall in Grogol.
