1,800 Job Seekers Participate in Jakarta Job Fair in North Jakarta

Jakarta Job Fair 2021 which was initiated by North Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration (Nakertrans) and Energy Agency and involved 40 companies on December 8-9 at Mangga Dua Square Mall was successfully held with total 1,800 job seekers who participated in it.  

Thank God, job applicants have exceeded the target with total 1,200 people

North Jakarta Nakertrans and Energy Agency Acting Head (Plt), Siti Nurbaiti said, this Job Fair offered 1,850 job vacancies. Her side hoped all job seekers could get the job.

"After receiving job application document, the company usually proceed to interview stage and job seeker will imm ediately be accepted for work or wait for job placement process," she said, Friday (10/12).

Due to high enthusiasm of companies and job seekers participating in job fair, she planned to do similar activity will be held twice a year.

Job fair is considered very effective to facilitate recruitment process for companies through direct interviews with job seekers and many job seekers will be absorbed by companies according to their talents, interests, and qualifications.

"Thank God, job applicants have exceeded the target with total 1,200 people. In the next two or three months, company usually report us about job acceptance and job placements for applicants who have been accepted," he stated.
