Grant Disbursement for City Council Delayed

Since this December, Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama yet issued the Governor Decree (SK) related to Rp 20 Billion grant in 2014 City Budget (APBD). As a result, some activities which planned by City Council in five capital regions must delay.

According to Maskur, from Rp 20 billion, each five region will receive Rp 4 million. This grant refers to Governor Decree No. 1369/2014 about grant. In the decree, LSM and mass organization (ormas) which becomes Jakarta Provincial's partner has a right to get the grant.
