"We better concentrate on the villages, how to cover disabled children to continue education. Later on, the duty of women civil servants to embrace mothers in their area," he stated.
Head of Jakarta Regional Employment Agency (BKD), I Made Karmayoga fully supports the functional position will be expanded, in which civil servant's performance is measured in accordance with its civil servant. Not only that, the position will cut the section head and replace the position in accordance with the profession.
"For instance, there will be no section head under Head of Museum Technical Management Unit (UPT), but geologists, antiques and historians. So we cut the section head and develop its profession, but they should have a certificate," he revealed.
He added in 2015, each PTSP office would be relocated to urban village, sub-district, and mayor thus women civil servants' workplace can be adjusted with their residence.
"So, we map the workplace near the civil servant homes to save the public transport cost," he stated.
