Pedagang di 39 Lokbin Jaktim Dihimbau Buat Kartu Autodebet

Traders in Lokbins Urged to Use Auto-debit Card Immediately

To prevent illegal levies, all traders in guided locations (lokbin) are urged to use the auto-debit card as a payment method. At this time, in East Jakarta alone, the traders in at least 39 lokbins have used the non-cash retribution card.

The retribution charged by the auto-debit card is based on bylaw, which is around Rp 2,000-Rp 4,000 per da

Head of East Jakarta Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises and Trade (KUMKMP) Sub-Department Trading Section, Jhony Siregar, stated that his party has socialized about the auto-debit card to traders in 39 lokbins.

“Some of those lokbins are located in Cililitan, Kramatjati, Pramuka, and Ciracas. We hope the traders would immediately open account in DKI Bank,” he said, Wednesday (12/3).

According to Siregar, from those 39 lokbins, as many as 1,704 traders have made auto-debit cards through DKI Bank. But, not all traders have used the card because they still yet understand how to use the card.

By using the auto-debit card, the traders can pay retribution directly to DKI Bank. Thus, field coordinators who usually collect money from the traders would no longer be needed.

“The retribution charged by the auto-debit card is based on bylaw, which is around Rp 2,000-Rp 4,000 per day,” he uttered.
