Underground people crossing tunnel (TPO) at Tamansari, West Jakarta, experience a very poor condition. Not only that, the plants around the pool also dead. The condition getting worse with many of street vendors who selling along the tunnel. As a result, at the rush hour in the morning and afternoon, the crossing citizen are stunted.
Lisda (38), RT 04/07 citizen, Pinangsia urban village, Tamansari Sub-District, admitted that she crosses the underground TPO to ride the Transjakarta bus to her office on Jalan Sudirman. But she feels regret about the unmaintained condition of the TPO.

Head of West Jakarta Satpol PP, Kadiman Sitinjak said, for the PKL, vagrant, and the teenager who usually stay on the TPO are often been controlled by Satpol PP. "Because we often curb the location, now the vagrant and the teenager that usually there is none at the fountain," Kadiman explained.
But, Kadiman added, for the PKL are crowd again, his side will coordinate with Transportation Department as the TPO management to held the curb. "About the facilities on the TPO is the Transportation Department responsibility," Kadiman said.
