Angelina Betris, Acting Corporate Secretary and Public Relations Head of PT Transportasi Jakarta said, the operation was previously suspended as a form of support for the government, in order to suppress and stop the spread of Covid-19.
"We are back to operate along with the recovery of community activities. It is also based on evaluations carried out from customer needs and requests that are widely received, either via our call center or official social media," she said, Sunday (1/23).
Transjakarta Commits to Keep Improving its ServicesAccording to her, as many as 20 buses would be alerted to serve the community every Monday to Friday.

Currently, the bus is operating with a customer carrying capacity of 100 percent under stricter health protocols. Every passenger is required to take body temperature measurements before entering the gate stop area, show a digital vaccination record via the government's mobile app PeduliLindungi, JAKI or other documents in softcopy or printed form.
They must also wear masks while in the Transjakarta area and are not allowed to communicate either directly or by mobile phone.
"We call on all people to meet it for mutual convenience," she closed.
As for the information, the opening of Ciputat - Tosari (S21) route is also the 168th route to operate and serve customers during the pandemic. In the future, similar action will also be carried out at other bus stops gradually, which aims to provide easy access to transportation for customers in terms of daily mobility.
