60 RPTRAs in South Jakarta Used as Booster Vaccination Centers

As many as 60 child-friendly public spaces (RPTRA) spread across South Jakarta are ready to be used as vaccination centers for booster shots soon.

South Jakarta Child Protection and Empowerment and Population Control (PPAPP) Sub-agency Head, Fathur Rohim said, those 60 RPTRAs are located in ten sub-districts.

"It aims to support the acceleration of vaccination in Jakarta," he expressed, Tuesday (1/25).

Booster Vaccination is Now Available at RPTRA Taman Sawo

According to him, most of the public spaces, especially those in densely populated residential areas, have so far been used as vaccination centers.

"The vaccination at the location is under stricter health protocols," he said.

To smoothen it, he has involved hundreds of RPTRA caretakers.

"They are assigned as data collection officers and so on. Including four family planning instructors who have knowledge of midwifery as vaccinators," he stated.
