Integrated Public Service Room at Koja Trade Mall Officially Starts Operation

The North Jakarta administration, inaugurated the Integrated Public Service Room at Koja Trade Mall, Koja, North Jakarta, on Wednesday (1/26). Besides one-stop public service outlet, it also provides STNK and SIM renewal services.

Visitors can enjoy the services while shopping with their families at the mall

North Jakarta Mayor, Ali Maulana Hakim expressed, it was realized in collaboration with police agencies and mall managers in a bid to provide service innovations to the community.

"Visitors can enjoy the services while shopping with their families at the mall," he expressed.

He hoped that it could help and facilitate residents in Koja Sub-district, Cilincing, Tanjung Priok, and Kelapa Gading to process their administrative services outside the existing service offices.

"We are also open for emission test. We also urge residents not to propose permits through broker, but do it by themselves," he asserted.

Koja Trade Mall Operational Director, Yogi Suprayogi positively welcomed the service, as it can collaborate to provide services to the community.

"We have done discussion and preparation since October. Of course, we're grateful today," he stated.
