West Jakarta Mayor, Yani Wahyu Purwoko monitored booster vaccination held at Gereja Kristus Yesus (GKY), Jalan Mangga Besar 1, Tamansari, Tamansari, on Wednesday (1/26).

This is a form of collaboration to accelerate vaccination program in West Jakarta

This activity was held through collaboration between West Jakarta Government and GKY through New Life Foundation Clinic.

"I appreciated it. This is a form of collaboration to accelerate vaccination program in West Jakarta," he conveyed, Wednesday (1/26).

This booster vaccination is carried out for two days or until January 27, 2022. It is provided for church congregations and local residents with target of 1,000 people a day.

"We hope this vaccination can improve herd immunity," he asserted.

Meanwhile, New Life Foundation Chairperson, Kianto Budyanto stated, his side deployed 75 joint health workers, consisting of volunteers and health workers from Tamansari Sub-district Health Center.

"So far, 500 participants have been vaccinated. We hope this activity can accelerate vaccination program in Jakarta," he mentioned.
