Maritime Museum Temporarily Closed for Disinfection

The Maritime Museum Management Unit (UP) conducted disinfectant spraying at Bahari Museum, Penjaringan, North Jakarta. For this reason, Museum will be closed during disinfection and cleaning activities.

Museum will reopen on Sunday (1/30) by implementing health protocols

Maritime Museum Management Unit Head, Barkah Shadaya stated, disinfectant spraying was carried out independently to anticipate the transmission of the Omicron variant.

"Our staffs spray all areas of the museum with disinfectant. This is targeted to finish in three days," he said, Friday (1/28).

According to him, it has been conducted since Thursday (1/27) and will end on Saturday (1/29).

"Museum will reopen on Sunday (1/30) by implementing health protocols," he informed.
