The West Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy (Parekraf) Sub-agency calls on cinemas in West Jakarta to comply with the applicable rules during the PPKM Level 3 period. One of them is related to limiting cinema visitors to a maximum of 50 percent.
Sherli Yuliana, Sub-agency Head of West Jakarta Parekraf disclosed the Jakarta Governor had issued Decree number 118 on PPKM Level 3, which is valid from February 8-14.

She explained the regulation was different than the previous PPKM, where they were allowed to accommodate 70 percent of the total number of visitors from capacity.
"Another rule, children aged 12 and under must bring a letter of vaccine, at least the first dose. It is given upon entering the cinema," she added.
Further, restaurants in the cinema area are allowed to operate at a maximum capacity of 50 percent. To supervise cinemas, the sub-agency would involve the Satpol PP and the PPKUKM Sub-agency.
"This is a must, to contain the transmission of Covid-19 in the cinema area," she asserted.
