The Rorotan Urban Village, Cilincing Sub-district, North Jakarta, held the vaccination service in the Rorotan Indah Dua RPTRA, Jalan Rorotan IX, RT 01/07, on Wednesday (2/16).

Rorotan Urban Village Secretary, Mariyam Yusrani said the service provided the booster shot using Pfizer vaccine.

"We opened from 8 AM to 12 PM with 110 quotas. Until 9.30 AM, there are already about 50 participants," she expressed, Wednesday (2/16).

Even, to optimize it, she involved local RT/RW, dasawisma, jumantik, dan urban village PKK cadres in a bid to promote the importance of booster vaccination for curbing the spread of the Omicron coronavirus variant.

"Alhamdulillah, residents are very enthusiastic since this morning there are already many in line," she added.

Aswani (72), one of the participants from RW 07 Rorotan Urban Village admitted, besides following the government's recommendations, it was also a preparation for him and his family for Umrah on March 1, 2022.

"Alhamdulillah, this is very helpful. Hopefully, with this service, the community will all be healthy," he hoped.
