Bank DKI Receives Indonesia Best BUMD Awards 2022

Bank DKI won the Indonesia Best BUMD Awards 2022 for the Best BUMD on Expanding Service Integration category.

They are deemed consistent in encouraging the implementation of non-cash transactions in Jakarta through the digitization of banking services.

Bank DKI Secretary, Herry Djufraini expressed his gratitude to all customers and work partners of Bank DKI for their trust in using Bank DKI products and services.

"This award is a driving force for Bank DKI's enthusiasm to continuously encourage the implementation of cashless transactions in Jakarta through digital banking products and services," he expressed, Friday (2/25).

In line with changes in customer behavior and the public who are increasingly moving towards digital services, he explained, Bank DKI has also prepared several e-channel services via JakOne Community Apps.

JakOne Community Apps is here as an effort to continuously improve digital banking services to various communities in Jakarta and its surroundings.

"It consists of JakOne Mobile, JakOne Abank, JakOne Erte, JakOne Artri, Ancol Apps to Si Ondel," he explained.

To continue the digital banking transformation, Bank DKI keeps developing product innovations and digital banking services through e-channel services such as JakOne Mobile. It is an effort to meet the needs of modern society in transactions such as mobile banking, e-wallet, and scan-to-pay QRIS.

"Technical capacity building continues to be carried out, especially in technology infrastructure to support operational activities and future business development," he continued.

He added Bank DKI is committed to continuously supporting various work programs of the Jakarta Provincial Government and increasing its role in supporting development in Jakarta.

For instance, they are also trusted to distribute various social assistance programs such as Cash Social Assistance (BST), Jakarta Smart Card (KJP Plus), Jakarta Elderly Card (KLJ), and Jakarta Persons with Disabilities Card (KPDJ) as well as the Dasawisma program.

"Digitalization as an enabler of Bank DKI's business transformation is expected to change the mindset of Bank DKI, which was originally a saving bank to become a transaction bank," he stated.
