Bank DKI Becomes Part of Digital Ecosystem

PT Bank DKI has launched a number of e-channel services through JakOne Community Apps in line with changes in customer behavior and the community that is moving to digital services.

This application is a digital banking service to encourage the implementation of financial inclusion as well as through the development of digital products and services

PT Bank DKI Secretary, Herry Djufraini said, JakOne Community Apps is present, to continuously improve digital banking services to various communities in Jakarta and its surrounding areas.

"This application is a digital banking service to encourage the implementation of financial inclusion as well as through the development of digital products and services. It consists of JakOne Mobile, JakOne Abank, JakOne Erte, JakOne Artri, Ancol Apps until Si Ondel," he expressed, Wednesday (12/29).

He explained, JakOne Mobile itself is a financial service application consisting of Mobile Banking and Mobile Wallet that can be used in daily needs transactions at merchants who collaborate with Bank DKI. So far, it has more than 1 million users and thousands of merchants.

Aside that, Bank DKI has a variety of digital products, including JakOne Mobile, JakCard, ATM & Debit Cards, EDC & MPOS, ATM, Cash Management System (CMS), JakOne Bill, and QRIS. They also launched JakOne Abank at Santa Jakarta Market, with the aim of promoting financial inclusion and expanding payment acceptance.

"Our IT development is based on Bank DKI's support for Jakarta government programs and provides solutions for banking needs for the community," he explained.

He added, Bank DKI had started a series of Transformation 5.0, including digitizing MSMEs by using JakOne Abank in all Pasar Jaya and Food stations, digitizing multipurpose credit applications through Monas Express and developing Bank DKI ecosystem to become an integrator for Jakarta BUMDs.

"Digitalization as an enabler of Bank DKI's business transformation is expected to change Bank DKI's mindset, which was previously a saving bank (product centric and selling interest) into bank transactions that provide solutions to customer needs and build relationships (customer focus).
